I initially struggled to squat but after an assessment, Tim adjusted my technique to allow me to do this…I must say that I now get quite low. His sessions are amazing and very varied with weights or cardio and I actually came out buzzing.

Tim is a fantastic trainer who tailors his programs in line with his clients targets, wether they are looking to lose weight/inches long term or for a special date, to build muscle, get confident with weight training, or whatever they are targeting. I really love training outside and this is possible a lot more often than you would think.
